A Simple Robot Vacuum Maintenance Schedule
Spreading maintenance across a simple schedule is easier than remembering everything at once, and it keeps the robot performing consistently.
Weekly
Empty the onboard bin if you do not have a self-empty base, and do a quick wipe of sensors and the bumper.
Monthly
Clean or replace the filter, remove hair from the brush roll and side brushes, and wash mop pads by hand if your dock does not do it automatically.
Quarterly
Replace side brushes if worn, deep-clean the self-empty base including its own filter, and check wheels and casters for wrapped hair or debris.
